5 Hair Styles for Fall 2017

I don’t know about you, but I seem to be the laziest in the fall and winter months. But no matter how lazy or tired you might be in the morning, sometimes you want to do something with your hair other than a messy bun.

That’s why I love these looks — they’re super easy and quick to do, but also SO cute!

Twisted Half-Up Do

This one is super cute no matter what length your hair is — and only takes about 10 seconds to do! It’s also super cute on straight, curly, or wavy hair. Just twist two strands from the front of your hair to the back, and bobby pin them into place.

Half-Up Tousled Braid

This looks great on medium to long hair, and is another that looks good on curly, straight or wavy hair! It does take a bit more time to do than the first look, but will only take a few minutes tops (depending on the length of your hair). You have to know how to do a braid or french braid, but there are a ton of tutorials on YouTube if you don’t know how! Or, even easier, get your roommate, significant other, or parent to do it for you.

Half-Up Half-Down Bun

As you can probably tell by now, I’m obsessed with half-up half-down looks! They’re just so easy to do, but also makes it look like you put some effort in. This is a look that I go back and forth on if I like or not, but I think it’s SUPER cute when done right, like in the picture! I like it best with curly hair, I’m not a huge fan of the look with straight hair. But to each her own — if you like the way something looks on you, then go for it! 🙂

Braided Half-Up Look

Okay, maybe I should have called this “Half-Up Half-Down Looks” LOL. Sorry, I honestly didn’t even realize that all of the ones I picked where half-up!!

But, this is probably my favorite one on the list. It’s SO cute and is pretty easy to do! I would say it has the highest difficulty level out of all of these, but as long as you know how to braid it’s super easy! Personally, I think it looks best on curly hair (like the pic).

Long Hair with Bangs

FINALLY — a look that isn’t half-up. 😉 I wanted to include a look on here that’s just a cut that I think is great for fall. A lot of people choose to chop their hair off during the hot summer months, but I always think that shorter hair looks super cute in the fall! You’ll have all year to grow it out, too, if you decide to cut it off again next summer!
